Hello! It’s great to meet you. My name is Lisa Simmons, and I’ve proudly served as a Realtor with the Uintah Basin Board of Realtors for over 20 years. I’ve also had the joy of being married to my husband, Ben, for 25 years. Together, we’ve raised two wonderful sons right here in this community.
From a young age, I was passionate about homeownership—especially the idea of buying and restoring older homes. One year, I even asked for subscriptions to Better Homes & Gardens and Victoria magazines for Christmas! That passion grew into a career when my husband and I bought our first home shortly after getting married, followed by a second, slightly larger one not long after. Looking back, those decisions played a major role in building our financial foundation.
In a rural area like ours, wealth-building opportunities can be limited, but real estate remains one of the most reliable paths to long-term financial health. That’s why I’ve become such a strong advocate for homeownership and property rights here in the Tri-County area.
Currently, I serve as the Past President for the Uintah Basin Chapter of the Utah Central Association of Realtors. I’m also the Director of Education for real estate agents and serve on several committees focused on enhancing the value we bring to our clients.
